1. Hardware is replaced
Existing mechanical locks are replaces with CyberLock cylinders. With no wiring or batteries required installation is efficient, easy and cost effective.
2. user profiles are built
Profiles for key holders are created using the CyberAudit software. These profiles determine which specific days and times access will be granted to those keyholders.

3. Locks and Keys are used
A CyberKey meets a CyberLock and energizes the cylinder, opening the door if that key has access permission while simultaneously creating a time/date stamped record inside the key’s memory.
4. Key information is communicated
Audit trails are transferred from key to computer via a communicator according to a schedule you determine. Communicators are also used to update access permissions as needed.
5. audit reports are created
CyberAudit software manages the CyberLock system and uses the information gathered from keys to build customized access reports that can be sent out automatically to specific email addresses.
CyberKey Comparison
CK-IR7
The CK-IR7 CyberKey is the battery replaceable model. It uses a common CR2 camera battery that lasts just over a year before needing to be replaced. This version is great for contractors or anyone who does not have easy access to charging stations or cords.
CK-USB
The CK-USB CyberKey is the most popular key sold today. This key has a rechargeable Lithium-ion battery that’s charged like a standard smartphone. A fully changed battery is capable of lasting 4-6 months, however we recommend they be charged monthly just to be on the safe side.
CK-Blue3
The CK-Blue3 CyberKey uses the same specifics as the CK-USB model but with the addition of a Bluetooth function that allows the key to connect to the CyberAudit-Link app (available on iOS and Android) to update the key’s access. The Bluetooth radio does require more power so the battery life on this key is just under 1 month and we recommend charging once a week as a best practice.
